Our Business

Sochacki & Associates was founded in 1988 as a Long Term Care Risk Management specialty firm targeting the financial planning, stock brokerage, insurance brokerage and banking/thrift industries.  At that time, we provided consulting, marketing and Long Term Care Insurance Brokerage Services to our client base, which included:

American Express Financial Advisors, PaineWebber, J.C. Bradford & Company, Money Concepts International Financial Planning Network, Money Concepts Capital Corporation, The Independent Financial Marketing Group, First Union Securities, Strategic Financial Solutions, Inc., Society Bank, FirStar Bank, Harris Bank and Gary-Wheaton Bank - as well as a multitude of regional and local financial planning professionals, stock brokers, insurance brokers, accountants/CPAs and attorneys.

The company has since evolved into a Financial Consultancy specializing in "Safe Money Solutions" for the retired and pre-retired.

Sochacki & Associates has the distinction of being an Associate Field Marketing Organization (AFMO) with Allianz Life of North America, the largest marketer of Fixed Index Annuities in the USA since the year 2000.

We are affiliated with most major Insurance Carriers and have access to literally all registered companies through our brokerage affiliates.  We are Managing General Agents with Equitrust and ING, and are an associate of Midland National...all major issuers of Fixed Index Annuities.

As a matter of policy, we do not offer Life Insurance or Annuity products issued by companies with less than an A- (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best & Company.

Who We Are

Zachary J. Sochacki, (President) is a graduate of the University of Illinois and has been involved in the Financial Services industry since 1980

A member of MENSA (an international high I.Q. society), his comments have been published in several regional and national magazines, including Bank Marketing, Prime Times, American Times, Life Today, Vital Times and the prestigious Journal Of Financial Planning, the publication of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.  In addition, he was the Long Term Care Insurance consultant for attorney Armond Budish's landmark book, How to Avoid the Medicaid Trap.

His television appearances include WInnetka Live: Wisconsin PBS: CNN Cable Business News's personal finance program, Your Money, aired nationally on Saturday mornings; and CNN Headline News.
